Kissaki Kai

Would you like more personal protection skills

We provide you with the facility to train in an extremely effective personal protection system within an enjoyable and nurturing environment.

Adults of all ages we have something to offer you and more importantly you have something to gain!

Would you like to feel more confident in stressful situations?

Kissaki-Kai is a unique system that offers many physiological and psychological benefits.

Our structured programme will ensure that you get the best out of your training and you will see your confidence to deal with challenging situations grow.

Kissaki Kai continues to combine the best of the old with the best of the new and current developments in the field of exercise and science are used to ensure that the most effective training methods are adopted.

Would you like to be able to keep you/your family safe?
Practice is predominantly partner based giving you a much sharper learning curve than the typical method found in "traditional" martial arts classes. Partner based training will speed up your progress by providing you with immediate feedback.

In short, you will learn the fundamental principles of self defence much more quickly. Our classes incorporate the principles of combat including kyusho-jutsu reducing the need for strength-based techniques.

YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND POTENTIALLY A LOT TO GAIN.
