The KISSAKI KAI SYSTEM
The system practiced at Falcarragh Karate Club Kissaki Kai isn't run of the mill in my experience and it certainly also isn't for everyone.
The basis of the system is to put back the powerful effective most useful techniques that are no longer practiced in sports orientated Karate.
In practice this means its a complete change for anyone used to the so-called Traditional Japanese styles.
The variety of techniques trained in Kissaki Kai is greater and the participatory lifetime of an Kissaki Kai Karate-ka is more lengthened as an older Martial Artist can be equally, or more effective than a younger one.
